Application · Retail & E-Commerce Manager, Brisbane Broncos
Commerce operator.Brisbane local.Ready for the Bronx.
I'm Ben Robinson. I learned retail on the floor at Apple Chermside, one of Queensland's busiest stores. Then I ran e-commerce projects at Youfoodz and spent five years at Shopify working with enterprise brands on trading, payments and high-volume launches. That's 10 years in the Shopify ecosystem. Now I want to help grow retail for the Bronx, in the store and online, and on game day.

Team list
What I bring to the squad
Six areas the role covers, across the store, online and game day: what I've done in each and how it could help. Some are direct experience and some transfer. I've said which is which.

Seasons go up and down. Fans keep showing up. Retail's job is to back them every week.
Why the Bronx
I grew up in Ashgrove barracking for this club and played junior league in Townsville and Brisbane. Watching the 2025 Grand Final from overseas was a big moment for every fan who'd moved away.
My family and I are moving home to Brisbane. I want a long-term role with a club I believe in, in the city I call home.
